🧾 Delivery Methods

PWRS LLC exclusively delivers digital products.

All products purchased through PlayWorld.rs are delivered electronically and online. No physical shipping is provided.

💡 Delivery Process

All digital products, including games, subscriptions, accounts, activation keys, and other digital content, are delivered through:

  • The customer’s email address; or
  • Viber / WhatsApp messages (if selected during checkout).

Upon delivery, customers receive:

  1. Account credentials, activation keys, or digital account access;
  2. Detailed installation and activation instructions.

⏱️ Delivery Time

In approximately 99% of cases, orders paid before 9:30 PM are delivered on the same day.

The maximum delivery period is 24 hours from payment confirmation.

In the event of technical issues or Force Majeure circumstances, customers will be notified promptly.

No physical delivery is performed. All deliveries are completed digitally.

⚡ Instant Delivery

Products marked as INSTANT are delivered automatically and immediately after successful payment.

Instant Delivery is available only for:

  • Credit and debit card payments;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay;
  • Stripe payments;
  • Digital wallets.

Instant Delivery is not available for bank transfers, invoice payments, or international money transfers.

💳 Payment Methods

PWRS LLC accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards;
  • Stripe;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay;
  • PayPal;
  • Cryptocurrencies;
  • Bank transfers (upon request);
  • International money transfers (Western Union, RIA, and similar services).

All transactions are processed through secure and certified payment processors.

PWRS LLC does not collect, process, or store customers’ payment card information.

💵 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once a product has:

  • Been delivered;
  • Been activated;
  • Entered the digital delivery process.

✅ Refunds May Be Granted Only In The Following Cases:

  • A technical error caused by PWRS LLC (such as incorrect account credentials or invalid product information);
  • The product has not been delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment;
  • PlayStation Plus subscriptions where refund eligibility is specifically defined in the Terms and Conditions.

❌ Refunds Are Not Available When:

  • The account has been successfully delivered and activated;
  • The customer changes the password, email address, region, language, or any other account information;
  • The customer fails to follow the provided installation instructions;
  • The customer is dissatisfied with the game’s content;
  • The customer purchases the wrong game, region, platform, or edition;
  • The order is duplicated due to customer error;
  • Product activation has started or has been completed.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days following validation of the request.

🔐 Security & Warranty

PWRS LLC guarantees that all delivered products are:

  • Genuine;
  • Verified;
  • Functional;
  • Ready for use.

PWRS LLC provides an unlimited warranty as long as:

  • The account is used according to the provided instructions;
  • Account information (password, email, region, language, etc.) is not modified;
  • Third-party platform rules are respected;
  • The issue is not caused by Force Majeure events or actions beyond PWRS LLC’s control.

Any unauthorized modification of account information automatically voids the warranty.

⚠️ Force Majeure

PWRS LLC shall not be held liable for delays, restrictions, or loss of access resulting from:

  • Technical issues affecting third-party platforms (Sony, Microsoft, Steam, etc.);
  • Large-scale cyberattacks;
  • Internet infrastructure outages;
  • Regulatory changes;
  • API access restrictions or removals;
  • Temporary service suspensions;
  • System restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

In such situations, PWRS LLC will take all reasonable measures to inform customers and seek an alternative solution whenever possible.

⚖️ Governing Law

All legal relationships between customers and PWRS LLC shall be governed by the laws and jurisdiction applicable to the location of PWRS LLC’s principal place of business, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

By using this platform, the customer confirms that they have:

  • Read this Delivery & Refund Policy;
  • Agreed to its provisions;
  • Read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy;
  • Understood the nature of digital products and digital delivery services.
